White Water Rafting
With the amount of rainfall the UK gets throughout the year, this is a great place for some white water action. Choose between 6 or 2 man rafts and fight the water down some pretty exhilarating grade 3 rapids.

There are loads of sites in the UK however the best are in Scotland or North Wales, however out of convenience there are man made white water rafting sites in the middle of Cardiff and the outskirts of Nottingham. That's right I did say 'in the middle of Cardiff', fabulous. 

Europe, Spain, Czech Republic and Slovak Republic have some pretty awesome white water rafting, however there is one stag destination which towers above the rest.... Las Vegas. Rafting down the Colorado river through the Grand Canyon, life doesn't get any better then this!

Bring On The Games
The UK is home to some fantastic hen and stag do ideas and activities which are popular with hen parties are the Games style events, these include It's a knockout, West Country Games, Highland Games and Cymru Games.

Where Hens go, stags should follow - competing against hen parties whilst wearing fancy dress costumes, tackling water and foam, and running around inflatables is a right giggle.

In my mind, stag do ideas should consist of at least one of the following:

  • Exhilaration
  • Make you laugh like a buffoon
