North Wales - The Stag Do Destination For Adventure

Adventure & stag dos in North Wales, go hand in hand like Hansel & Gretel, Dick & Dom and Redbull & Vodka...

North Wales is an incredible stag destination ideal for the adventurous. If your stag party wants to get away from the dramas and big queues of the city stag do, you have chosen the right place.

Right where do I start, you will have a large selection of activities, maybe too many to it into a fortnight let alone a weekend.

To start off with you will find the longest Zip Wire in the Europe, which also includes caves with huge trampolines, I know, random! This brilliant destination also has some fantastic White Water Rivers offering 2 hours of non stop white water rafting pleasure.

Mix that up with Canyoning you have a day full of adventure - watch our "We North Wales" video below:

Going down the ferocious rivers of North Wales, there are more ways then a six seater raft, you can go down on a 2 seater, clinging onto to a huge tube or better still show off on a Stand Up Paddle Board (similar to a surf board - see below).

In North Wales you also have some of the very best views in Britain, whether you decide to climb Mount Snowdon or take on a quad bike super trek, obviously you'll have a guide and a big quad bike to make sure you get up those huge hills. Our quad biking trek will also give you that selfie moment at the very top of a plateau, everyone jumps off their quad bikes, breathes in the view and takes a selfie or two.

If you need competition how about picking up a gun and smashing clays into a million pieces at one of the many brilliant clay pigeon shooting sites North Wales has to offer, or better still, race Rage Buggies around a hard core fully prepared off road track, these beasts can go up to 60 mph and will stick to the track like glue.

Whatever floats your boats, tickles your pickle, yanks your crank, winds your watch... North Wales is the Daddy of the UK adventure stag do destinations.

If you're looking for some cracking stag packages in North Wales head over to the DesignaVenture website, great prices and more adventurous then a one legged tight rope walking dog (is that possible??).

Before your go, if you have the need for a pub crawl below is a very quick guide of where to drink...

Llangollen, a lovely small town with a handful of pubs, bars and restaurants, we offer quite a few hotels in Llangollen.

Welshpool, quite a few good pubs and bars all within easy walking distance of each other.

Oswestry, Shropshire / North Wales borders, with loads of pubs, bars and one nightclub, yes one nightclub! However a lot of the bars / pubs stay open late, head to Oswestry if you fancy a right good pub crawl.

Wrexham, pubs bars, restaurants and bars and if you would like something a little more lively, a 15 minutes train journey from Wrexham will get you into the centre of Chester.

Chester, the place to go if you want that city night out, with loads of pubs and bars and when the races are on an incredible atmosphere. Chester also has a handful of clubs however the biggest club RB's will not let many stag parties in, so if that's your chosen destination get there early and be on your best behaviour.

Good luck.
