Liverpool’s Got Culture

Amazing picture of Liverpool at night with writing on it saying yes this is Liverpool

If you’re in need of inspiration and ideas on where to go for your next stag do, then head north west or south west depending on where you live (I’d hate to send you the wrong way), and get yourself to the city of Culture, Liverpool.

Liverpool was made European capital of culture in 2008 and when you land at this amazing city you will see why, it really is an incredible place, and a fantastic destination to party.

There is nightlife in abundance, more Irish pubs then you can shake a stick at (however, don't shake a stick at a pub as you'll look demented), a couple of great lap clubs and some amazing nightclubs.

However when you go to Liverpool on your stag do, there is an area you must visit and that’s The Cavern and it’s surrounding bars and clubs. The Cavern Club (if you didn’t know) is the venue the Beatles played at in the 60’s, and has Beatles tribute acts playing all day and all night long, you could say "Eight Days A Week"!

All the bars and clubs which surround The Cavern are also incredible, some playing live music and others such as Flares playing brilliant cheesy music to get the boys up and dancing.

If you are lucky to get tickets to Anfield, this is an experience you will never forget, the atmosphere is like no other, even for non-Liverpool fans.

The Scousers in my opinion are incredibly friendly and warm and it’s funny but you kind of feel at home in Liverpool, well this city has been on our screen for many years now.

If you need something to do in the day, there are loads of activities on Liverpool’s doorstep which are just a short drive away, stag activities including Hovercrafts, Vigilante Buggies, Paintball, Clays, Karts Bubble football to names but a few.

If you prefer something a bit more outdoorsy head to North Wales which is only an hour and a half away, where you can white water raft, go canyoning, white water Suping, canoeing, abseiling and climbing the lot.

There are loads of accommodation choices in Liverpool especially the central hotels, however book early as a lot of these hotels book up on weekends pretty fast.
