Your next thoughts will be speech and then the stag do (not necessarily in that order).

- THE STAG, you're going to need a lot of advice
We have done a stag do glossary which is a window of advice and help for your stag do.

KILLER ADVICE ON BOOKING YOUR OWN FLIGHTS
FIRST OF ALL, GET THE MONEY OFF THE BOYS
If your flights are non refundable, like most low cost airlines*, do not pay for anyone you do not 100% trust or know. If these airfare blaggers drop out, you will lose your money, unless you can find a replacement, but even then you will be slapped with admin fees, so be careful.
DON'T RESTRICT YOURSELF TO ONE AIRPORT
If you need to keep the stag weekend price low, look at other departure airports other than just the one closest to your hometown. By travelling an extra 30 - 60 minutes to the airport may save you up to £100 per person!
The same goes for your arrival airport. Did you know that you could fly into Vienna for a stag weekend in Bratislava and it's only an extra 20 - 30 minutes airport transfer.
GO GREEN TO AMSTERDAM
Did you know there are now direct trains from London to Amsterdam? That's right people, so if you want to have your stag weekend in Amsterdam and keep your carbon footprint low, you can actually go by Eurostar direct from London, and it's cheap!
BIG GROUP BOOKINGS
Always consider airlines other than just low cost airlines*. British Airways or the national carrier for the country you are visiting may work out better value.
Usually, scheduled airlines' group terms can be quite flexible, with the ability to hold the flights for a couple of weeks, pay low deposits and the option to cancel people off within a certain timeframe.
USE A REPUTABLE FLIGHT COMPARISON WEBSITE
Use a reputable flight comparison website. A flight comparison website will give you the cheapest fares for your chosen route.
HERE'S A TIP: Put in UK as a departure airport, you should then see all the routes from the UK to your chosen destination and compare prices.

ALWAYS INPUT YOUR GROUP SIZE
When searching for your flights, to get the correct price always put in the exact group size. If you only input 1 or 2 people the price will be completely different if your group size 15 or 16 people, fact!
IF ALL THIS IS 'TOO MUCH WORK'
Use an ATOL bonded stag do company like us, DesignaVenture. We will even check you all in and send you boarding passes giving you the chance to write that best man's speech.
*Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2 are your typical low cost airlines. Named low cost because they sell no thrills air tickets which basically only includes your seats. Hold luggage, booking seats and food is extra.
Most scheduled airlines have now followed suit to keep their prices low and don't include food or luggage.
Whatever you get up to, good luck!
